My Review on The Elephant Man

I believe David Lynch did a great job of directing The Elephant Man. For this movie to been have made in 1980, everything in the film was amazing. The music was good in specific scenes and the movie wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't added. The black and white was also a great combination of the movie because if it was in color, it probably would be seen in a different perspective. At first I just thought John Merrick was weird but then after seeing how he was a normal human being like all the others and actually kind,  I felt bad seeing him get mistreated.

I have always wondered why I was born the way I am. Am I actually a freak or is it just the people's view of me? Every time Mr. Bytes uses me for his show, I get confused and think is he simply doing it for the money or just to actually try to prove I'm a freak. He might even be doing this for both and try to  make himself feel better about himself. How can he be so unaware of the injustice he is doing. I am a human being just like him and he has no right to control me simply because he has more power than me. Sometimes I wish about not only having the guts to do what he does to me but to have the ability as well.

Welcome to my Nightmare

One of the craziest nightmares I had was that I was trying to survive 2012 like in the movie. Everything seemed so real like if it was actually occurring. In my nightmare I remember that I wasn't with my family because they were on vacations so i had to survive alone. I was hoping if I survived, maybe they can too and that I would meet up with them after this shocking event. I was on a car driving when the Earth suddenly began to crack so I had to drive as fast as I could. I only woke up because I fell inside the cracked surface and didn't survive. Then I was just relaxed knowing I was actually still alive and it was all just a nightmare.          

Compassion Science

If I had the ability to help others in a scientific way, I would. I would't think about it twice because there might be a situation where I will need help as well. It's not really about you only helping when you think it's time but more about you helping at any time. I would make me helping others whenever my duty. I believe if you have the skill to help others, you should take advantage of that because then you might never be able to help and regret it.

The Future

I believe that life in the future will not be so different than it is now. There might be new creations but probably not something we don't know of. The people will want some of the new inventions and would most likely be willing to pay any price for them. If new inventions are really expensive, the rich will have an advantage on the poor because they can't afford them. If the new inventions are not expensive, but really cheap the poor will afford them. I believe the rich will always be above the poor because if new creations are cheap, the rich will buy more than they need and if they are expensive the poor wouldn't afford it.

time I laughed really hard

One time I laughed really hard was when we went to my friend's house for the Super Bowl. We were watching the halftime show but it got kind of boring so we went outside to play. We started playing football because since we were watching the game, we felt the need playing that. We had playing for a while and one of my friends hadn't scored so he wanted to score really badly. So then my friend threw the ball to him and he finally scored a touchdown and decided to celebrate by throwing the ball hard to the ground. The funny part was that the ball for some reason went back up straight to his face.  After this happened we started laughing really hard and didn't stop until like 5 minutes later.

Modern Times

Modern Times was good to start off because Charlie Chaplin played the role of the Little Tramp. I enjoyed that he could of made this a speaking film but preferred very little speaking in the film. I like the role of the little tramp because he's entertaining and funny like the way he walks. I say this was a great film especially because it was made in 1936.

Bullying

My opinion on bullying is that it is unacceptable. I believe bullying occurs when the victim can't do anything about the situation and they still decided not to tell anyone. If a person is bullied they shouln't hesitate on letting others know because then the bully will be aware that you're scared and just continue. I have witnessed someone being bullied and to me both the bully and the victim look bad. The bully looks bad himself because you shouldn't be doing that to others. The victim of the bullying looks bad as well because he lets the bullying continue by not doing something about it when they know they can. Bullying is something that happens daily but there are many ways it can be stopped.

Favorite movie

I have several favorite movies but one of my favorites is Rise of the Planet of the Apes. I enjoyed this movie because James Franco was part of it and I like his movies like Spider-Man. This movie is one of my favorites because the effects were great and the apes looked amazing. I liked it because it showed how one ape can be so smart and become the leader of all of them.
